ExtractNow™ Vegan Control is a spin column-based DNA extraction method for a broad range of food starting materials. Using cutting-edge chemistry, the duration of the DNA purification is reduced to a minimum.
The obtained DNA extracts can be used for the quick detection of animal substances in food, using our Vegan Control™ kit.

    ExtractNow™ Vegan Control can be used for extraction of genomic DNA from up to 200 mg of various food products (e.g. convenience foods, baked goods, crisps, cereals, chocolate, flour, baking mixes, spices, ketchup, mustard, sauces, jams, bread, bread spreads, milk products, oils and fats).

Shelf Life and Storage

The components are stable until the expiry date indicated on the label. Store the lyophilized Proteinase K at +2 °C – +8 °C and all remaining components at room temperature.
