Aqua Screen® Fast Extract is a water test system which allows - in combination with a conventional vakuum filtration system (compare image) - a fast and simple DNA extraction of legionella. The DNA can directly be applied to the PCR. We highly recommend our legionella PCR detection kits for optimum accuracy.
