PCR Ultra Pure WaterSpecially purified, sterile, deionized, double distilled water. PCR Ultra Pure Water is free of detectable endotoxines (<= 0.25 EU/ml), endonucleases and ribonucleases.

Contents & Storage Quality Control All lots of this product are routinely function checked by PCR specific for eubactera using the Onar®EUB kit. Bacillus subtillis DNA ist used as a control. A single 467 bp PCR product was detectable on a 1.5 % agarose/TAE gel using the Gelstar® stain. 5 µl of PCR Ultra Pure Water were used for each PCR reaction. The water is released for sales if no eubacterial DNA is detectable in samples where only the Ultra Pure Water has been used. Ordering
