All customers may order online, by e-mail, fax, or telephone. For customers outside of Germany, please contact the Minerva Biolabs' Distributors within your country. If your country does not have an authorized distributor, contact us with your questions or to place your order.

1. Name, telephone number, and e-mail address

3. Shipping and billing address

4. Purchase order number

5. Catalog number

Terms of payment

Term of Payment is 14 days after receipt of the invoice. The goods remain our property until payment of the invoice. The terms and conditions apply.

Credit card payment :

In addition to payment by IBAN / BIC (International Bank Account Number / Bank Identification Code) or telegraphic wire transfer, you can also order Minerva Biolabs products using MasterCard or VISA. Please provide the following by fax or telephone only:

1. Card holder's name
2. Account Number
3. Expiration Date
4. KPN No. (the last 3 digits in the signature field on the back side of the card)

Free shipping for qualified orders

Minerva Biolabs will pay the shipping charges for any order within Germany that totals 300 € or more. If the order totals less than 300 €, the shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Please inquire about costs for non-standard shipments or carriers. Within Germany, shipping charges are 8 €.

Same day shipping

Orders will be shipped the same day until 12 AM, unless otherwise stated or requested. Non-perishables can be shipped Monday through Friday. To assure product integrity, less robust products like polymerases are not normally shipped on Friday. However, please contact Minerva Biolabs for special arrangements.

In case of a delay of delivery we will inform you immediately. If requested we will send you the confirmation of your order without delay.
